Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank moved into Meghan Markle, 39, and Prince Harry’s royal residence Frogmore Cottage ahead of Christmas.
The Windsor residence is understood to be on loan to the couple from the Sussexes who are now based in California.
The property has everything a young family needs as Harry and Meghan kitted it out for their son Archie Harrison ahead of his birth on May 6, 2019.
Eugenie and Jack were previously based at Ivy Cottage in the grounds of Kensington Palace, but living in Windsor has huge advantages for the new parents.

Frogmore is just up the road from Eugenie’s parents Sarah Ferguson, 60, and Prince Andrew, 61, who are understood to be helping their daughter with child care as she settles into motherhood.
Why the Queen likely to meet Eugenie’s baby first
The Queen and Prince Philip, 99, have spent the best part of the pandemic isolating at Windsor Castle.
On Wednesday, the Queen made her first public outing of the year as she stepped out to attend a ceremony to mark 100 years of Australia’s RAF.

Zara Tindall v Princess Eugenie: The Queen could drop in on Eugenie now lockdown has been eased in England
Now that lockdown has been eased in England, the Queen could travel down the road to Frogmore to meet Eugenie’s baby boy for the first time.
The Queen is likely to meet Eugenie’s son before Zara’s because of their proximity.
Zara and her husband Mike live in Gloucestershire on Princess Anne’s Gatcombe Park Estate.
The couple have two daughters Lena, two, and Mia, six, and are delighted by the arrival of their little boy.
Given that the Queen will be wary of sticking to Government COVID-19 regulations, she is unlikely to make the trip from Windsor to Gloucestershire any time soon.
Zara and Mike may choose to have a christening for little Lucas in the coming months, which the Queen is likely to attend if the pandemic allows.
Eugenie and Zara’s positions in the line of succession mean their offspring have different royal status.
While August Philip is 10th in line to the throne, Lucas is 22nd in line.

Unlike Zara, Eugenie was raised with a royal title and HRH style, and has enjoyed privileges such as a lavish royal wedding in 2018.
Zara, on the other hand, was brought up as a private citizen and tends to eschew royal tradition.
Eugenie’s son August is expected to have a traditional royal christening when the pandemic permits.
Eugenie and Zara are both expected to celebrate a quiet Easter at home with their newborns.
