Kate Middleton has been missing from recent Royal engagements since announcing she and Prince William are expecting their third child.

She has been forced to pull out of appearances due to severe morning sickness, which forced her to miss Prince George’s first day at school.

But she is now believed to be feeling better again – suggesting she is past the 12-week stage as sufferers can endure the condition for 14 weeks.

Kate is scheduled to step out with the Duke of Cambridge and his brother Prince Harry at a Buckingham Palace reception recognising mental health workers.

They will all appear in the evening after Harry and William host a reception at St James’s Palace to celebrate the impact of the Heads Together charity.

It is reported, however, she will only appear for one hour.

She could give the public their first glimpse of her baby bump if she is, as reported, past the 12-week stage as mums tend to show around 12-16 weeks.

This comes after Daily Star Online reported Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle could attend the same event alongside her future in-laws.

Such an appearance would boost suspicions she and Harry are already engaged, following other reports that the pair are already planning the wedding.

At the time of Kate’s pregnancy announcement, it was reported she was 11 weeks gone, which would mean she is around the 15-week mark today.

Her condition, known as hyperemesis gravidarum, forced her to be hospitalised in 2012 while pregnant with George, aged four.

She also suffered the condition throughout her pregnancy with two-year-old Princess Charlotte.
