The Duchess of Cambridge looked sophisticated in a Missoni coat as she joined Princes William and Harry at a Service of Hope at Westminster Abbey on Wednesday morning. Kate re wore the long black, white and grey Long Snake Stitch Coat from the designer for the service, which was being held to attempt to offer hope rather than being a memorial following the terror attack in London last month.

The coat, which features the label’s signature zigzag print, retailed at £850 but is no longer available to buy. The Duchess styled the coat with a black hat, tights and court shoes for a formal ensemble. It was not the first time Kate has been spotted in the Missoni ensemble; she first wore the coat to attend the Somme Centenary commemorations in July 2016.

Kate and Harry were greeted by the Dean of Westminster, the Very Reverend Dr John Hall, at the Great West Gate. Before the noon event, William laid a wreath at the Innocent Victims’ Memorial. At the service, the royals joined families of those killed in the attack, alongside victims, witnesses and first responders from the police, fire, ambulance and NHS hospital services. Home Secretary the Rt Hon Amber Rudd MP and Acting Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Craig Mackey were also in the congregation.

Prince William paid tribute to PC Palmer during a visit the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire, one week after the attack. William laid a wreath with a handwritten message that read: “For PC Keith Palmer, and all those who have served our community so valiantly. Your legacy is our way of life. William.” PC Palmer’s funeral will take place at Southwark Cathedral on 10 April. He will receive a full police service funeral, followed by a private cremation.
