‘I disagree’ Kate Middleton fans totally TORN over BBC Radio 1 appearance
Kate Middleton and Prince William made a surprise visit to the BBC Radio 1 studies ahead of the London Marathon.
The Duchess and Duke of Cambridge joined Scott Mills and Chris Stark as they surprised radio host Adele Roberts and discussed their Heads Together initiative.
Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s mum stepped out in a gorgeous white lace blouse with black trousers, as she stepped away from her usual frock and court shoes.
Kate Middleton looked stunning as she wore her hair pinned off her face and discussed the charity with her husband, Prince William.
But some people were totally torn by her casual look, and the outfit sparked a big debate on social media.
Commenting, one fan wrote: ” Oh my goodness, she looks absolutely adorable!!!”
Another added: ” Love this look! It’s so soft and pretty. I’m also all for hair off her face. Also love the style of the top. The sleeves are so pretty and flattering.”
But others thought differently: “Would like to see Kate looking more modern; not so frumpy. If you look back at Diana’s first few years, this is how she looked until she started asserting her independence. Whoever is giving Kate advice needs to be replaced.”
Which sparked an argument, hitting back one fan wrote: “I disagree. She has looked more and more chic each year and especially this past year.”
However, it wasn’t just her blouse that has people torn, as Kate’s black trousers were a huge talking point too.
Commenting on her decision to not wear skinny jeans, one fan wrote: “Do I spy slacks/dress pants????? Hoping that it is a change from the skinny jeans.”
