YELLOW GOLD RED TEARDROP EARRINGS
The post part has a red stone surrounded by diamonds. The teardrop also has a pear-shaped red stone surrounded by diamonds. The diamonds surrounding the teardrop, especially in the bottom part is more substantial than the next pair.
