A body lanuage expert told Express.co.uk they differ in one way.
Princess Eugenie: Jack Brooksbank ‘totally opposite’ to Prince Andrew
Comparing Jack’s body language in his engagement interview to Andrew’s body language in his in the 80s, body language expert Judi James said: “Jack’s body language is almost totally opposite to Andrew’s at that point in their relationships.”
Judi clims Jack is more amicable during his interview, which was conducted by the BBC’s Matt Baker, 40, that Andrew was when he was interviewed with Sarah Ferguson after their engagement.
“There is no arrogance from Jack and his raised brows and beaming smile make him look amenable and smitten rather than difficult and high-status.”
In fact, Judi compares Jack to a totally different figure in the Royal Family.
She liken the drinks ambassador to Captain Mark Phillips.
Captain Mark Phillips, now 69, from Tetbury, Gloucestershire, married Princess Anne, 68, in 1973.
The Olympic equestrian had two children with Anne, Peter and Zara.
Judi said: “(Jack’s) amiability signals look rather similar to Captain Mark Philips’s when he married into the royal family but unlike Mark it could be that Jack is given an royal induction, being welcomed by a much more empathetic and less intimidating generation of younger royals.
“Eugenie and Jack’s body language shows a younger couple rather sweetly in love, especially Jack who lacks the signals of alpha machismo that Andrew and Harry learnt in the forces.”
Prince Andrew has an impressive career in the militry behind him.
