PRINCESS Diana came to the conclusion that Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles were “meant for each other,” according to a royal author.

Princess Diana was aware that Prince Charles was having an affair with Camilla Parker-Bowles, which he later admitted started in 1986. The Prince and Princess of Wales’ marriage seemed to have fully broken down by the time the Prince admitted his affair in 1994 with ITN. Charles and Diana finalised their divorce in 1996, after being urged to formally separate by the Queen.

Royal expert Christina Garibaldi said: “I noticed in the book you had some interesting insights on Diana’s mindset at the time of her death regarding Charles and Camilla.”

Mr Anderson replied: “Oh, yes, I think finally she’d come to the conclusion that they had a great love affair you know.

“She had to admit that these were the two people who were in fact meant for each other.

“After all the pain and the craziness created by the Camilla and Charles’s affair, in a sense, it’s kind of destroyed Diana.

“If she had to tell her sons, ‘look if you could ever find a love like they have a hold on to it. You’ve got to find your soulmate.'”

“And by the way, Diana’s ghost kind of looms over everything hangs over everything.

“If she were alive today, I think she’d be torn because she’d be very happy that these guys are married to women that they obviously love, that they have gorgeous children, that they these guys are great fathers and they active and important charities that she did support.

“But you know, she would say that William and Harry are my revenge, and by that what she meant was that they were both lead the monarchy into the future.

“She absolutely would not have liked Harry turning his back on his birthright so that he can sign deals with Netflix, that’s my personal view.”

Diana found love twice in the years leading up to her death, Hasmat Khan, described by Diana as “Mr Wonderful,” was a British-Pakistani heart and lung surgeon thought by friends to have been the “love of Diana’s life.”

Their two-year-long relationship ended just months before Diana’s death in August 1997, due to the fact that Khan feared he could never live a normal life if they married.

Dodi was a Playboy linked to a string of famous women, including Winona Ryder and Nancy Sinatra.

In the summer of 1997, Dodi invited Diana, William, and Harry to spend time on his yacht in the south of France, Diana later returned alone and the famous photo of the pair kissing made headlines.

On August 31, 1997, after a dinner at the Ritz hotel in Paris, that the pair were chased by the French paparazzi on motorbikes as they drove through the Pont de l’Alma tunnel, when they crashed into a pillar, dying at the scene.
