Princess Beatrice spotted on lavish London night out before royal Christmas at Sandringham

Princess Beatrice was joined by another member of the wider Royal Family.

Beatrice smiled softly as she posed between stylist Mariya Dykalo and Sophie, the wife of Lord Frederick Windsor.

The ninth-in-line to the throne looked cosy in a cream knit jumper and navy midi skirt by Zara.

For the bash celebrating British brand Aspinal of London, Sophie opted instead for a burgundy button-up dress by Beulah London.

Charles to break silence on Harry and Meghan in Christmas speech with ‘no hidden messages’

King Charles III will break Buckingham Palace’s silence on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during his first-ever Christmas speech, royals sources have claimed. The royal household has remained tight-lipped on the couple since their Netflix docuseries came out.

Beatrice and Sophie had come together also last week, as they were among the attendees at the Together at Christmas carol service.

The event, to be televised by ITV1 at 7pm on Christmas Eve, celebrated the spirit of togetherness and the joy it brings to people and put the spotlight on people up and down the country who have gone above and beyond this year to support their communities.

Moreover, the event, spearheaded for the second year in a row by Kate, the Princess of Wales, was dedicated to Queen Elizabeth II, who died in September.

Both Beatrice and Sophie were accompanied to the event by their husbands – property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and financial analyst Lord Frederick respectively.

Lord Frederick is the only son of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, the late Queen’s cousins.

Beatrice is one of the royals expected to join Charles and Camilla in Sandringham over the Christmas weekend.

Keeping up with the tradition started by the late Queen in the 1980s, Their Majesties will welcome royals at Sandringham House between the late afternoon of Christmas Eve and the morning of Christmas Day.

On December 25, the royals will step out to attend the service at St Mary Magdalene Church, after which they will stop to speak to some of the royal fans lined up to share their well-wishes with the Firm members.

The royals will then return to Sandringham House for a lavish Christmas lunch, after which they will surely gather around the TV to watch the first-ever Christmas broadcast by King Charles.

Princess Anne and Sir Timothy Laurence as well as the Wessex family have also been tipped to be there.

Beatrice’s full family is also expected to be there, albeit Sarah and Andrew are unlikely to step out of Sandringham House for the traditional service and walkabout.

Sophie and Lord Frederick, on the other hand, will have a “London Christmas”, as the actress told the Spectator magazine.

She said: “This Christmas will be spent in London. I love a London Christmas. The streets are quiet, the parks are empty – it’s a bit like lockdown London but without the masks. We’ll see my parents on Christmas Day and some of my husband Freddie’s relations in various locations.”
