According to French Magazine Gala: “Ahead of the birth of Kate Middleton and Prince William’s first child in 2013, the Queen made a few changes to the royal proclamation.
“Her Majesty, therefore, declared that all the children of Prince Charles’ eldest son could use these royal titles.
“Thus, George was born under the name of His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge.
“Although the royal couple’s eldest son is an heir to the throne, the rule also applies to his siblings.
“So his sister carries the title of Princess Charlotte of Cambridge, and so does the last born Prince Louis.
“The Cambridge children are the Queen’s only great-grandchildren to carry a royal title.”
In March, a royal commentator revealed the Duchess of Cambridge turned to her children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to help her get through the aftermath of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.
Christina Garibaldi told Us Weekly that the Duchess of Cambridge is extremely protective over her children.
“A source tells us that she’d hate for them to see her upset or struggling and that she has a lead by example attitude.
“So it’s important for her to be a good role model for them.
“The source adds the children always brighten up her day and she always says that when she goes through a difficult time having her family there always helps.
“She feels so blessed to have her kids and a loving family.”
The royal commentator added: “As for Kate’s relationship with Meghan we hear that the two haven’t spoken directly in over a year due to the tensions between William and Harry.
“A source tells us that Kate never knew the depths of Meghan’s despair.
“She wishes she did because Kate would have tried to help more than she did.”
