The Duke of Sussex attacked his stepmother in his autobiography Spare, referring to her as “the villain” and the “third person in the marriage”.

It is hoped that this concession will persuade the prince to travel back to London for the ceremony, as Charles has made it clear he wants both his sons there.
In his 60 Minutes interview to promote his memoir Spare Harry said of Camilla: “She was the villain, she was a third person in the marriage. The need for her to rehabilitate her image… that made her dangerous.”
The custom of paying homage during the Coronation occurs after the monarch has sat on their throne, with the archbishop, royal blood princes and senior peers placing their hands between the King’s and swearing allegiance, touching the crown and kissing the King’s right hand.

King plans to evict royal children from their London homes and rent them out for profit
King Charles is planning on asking more members of the Royal Family to vacate their London accommodation as he plans to let the houses out for profit, according to sources. Some royals enjoy subisided accommodation in the capital, or their “London pads”, but now Charles is King this is about to change.
The Sussexes have confirmed they have received email correspondence regarding an invite to the Coronation, but it is not known if they will accept.
Royal author Tom Bower has claimed that their attendance would only be a worry for the King.
He said: “[King Charles] is worried about Harry. If only he said to Harry, “look, come to the Coronation, but you can have row Q, seat 54 and views partly obscured by a column”, then the message will get through.”

He continued: “I think if he allows Harry to come to the Coronation, it is going to ruin the Coronation.
“It’ll be overshadowed by Harry’s presence and Meghan’s too. So I think Charles has to make a decision now.
“The king has to decide and I think that people are on the whole getting sick to death of Harry.”
He told MailOnline: “It has always been clear that King Charles would invite Harry and Meghan to the Coronation. As a symbol of national unity, he believes this is important.
“They believe that, together with the press, the royal family sought to drive them into exile. They want an apology. They will not get it.”
If Harry and Meghan do come it is not thought their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will be with them, as they are considered by palace officials too young for the ceremony.
