Pippa Middleton finally dissolves firm that manages her ‘publishing activities’ which include her widely mocked party planning book
Prince William will be pleased.

His sister-in-law, Pippa Middleton, has finally dissolved PXM Enterprises, the company that manages her ‘publishing activities’, which include her widely mocked party planning book Celebrate and her columns for Waitrose magazine.
Prince William is reported to have ‘quietly and diplomatically’ advised a diminution of Pippa’s commercial ventures, lest they inadvertently cause embarrassment to the Royal Family.
Just five months ago she wed hedge fund manager James Matthews in an ‘intimate’ family wedding, which is said to have cost up to £1.2 million.
It is thought commercial considerations have been of less pressing concern to Pippa since financier James slipped a £250,000 engagement ring on her finger and she moved into his £17 million home in Chelsea.
