Baby Grace’s middle names are ‘Elizabeth’ and ‘Jane’, which pay homage to her grandmothers Carole Elizabeth Middleton and Jane Matthews.

However, some have also interpreted the name as a nod to Queen Elizabeth II, 94, after whom Princess Charlotte is also named.
Kate and Prince William decided to name their only daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana Mountbatten-Windsor in keeping with family traditions.
While Charlotte’s middle names honour both her late paternal grandmother Princess Diana and her maternal grandmother Carole Middleton, the name Elizabeth is also a sweet tribute to her great-grandmother the Queen.
Royal Family members usually give their children traditional middle names which are passed down the family.

Charlotte is not the only royal to have the middle name Elizabeth.
The Queen’s granddaughter Princess Beatrice’s, 32, full name is Beatrice Elizabeth Mary.
While Princess Anne’s daughter Zara Tindall’s middle names are Anne and Elizabeth.
Prince Edward, 57, and Sophie, Countess of Wessex also followed this royal naming tradition.
They named their daughter Lady Louise Windsor, 17, Louise Alice Elizabeth Mary Mountbatten-Windsor.
While Pippa is not an official member of The Firm, her baby girl’s name is a sweet nod to her royal connections.
COVID-19 restrictions mean Kate may be unable to meet her new niece for several weeks.
However, once lockdown is eased it seems likely Kate, William and their three children – Charlotte, Prince George, seven, and Prince Louis, two – are likely to meet the new addition to their family.

Pippa and James are thought to live in Chelsea, West London, a short distance from the Cambridges’ Kensington Palace home.
The Cambridges returned to London earlier this month ahead of schools reopening.

William and Kate are known to fit their royal schedules around dropping off and picking up George and Charlotte from school.
