Meghan and Harry were reportedly given a team which would have helped them sort any problems they were facing.
Some of the staff saw Meghan’s refusal of the help offered as a “deliberate strategy” to facilitate “her departure from the Royal Family”.
Another staff member allegedly claimed that Meghan did not want to be happy but rather preferred being “rejected” by the Firm.
Meghan Markle prefered being ‘rejected’ according to a source cited by a Royal author.
The Sussexes reportedly had a team they could have relied on for help.
Mr Low wrote: “Another former staff member goes even further. ‘Everyone knew that the institution would be judged by her happiness,’ they say. ‘The mistake they made was thinking that she wanted to be happy. She wanted to be rejected, because she was obsessed with that narrative from day one’.”
Instead of accepting the help offered, Meghan reportedly detailed all of the times the Firm had failed her. She mentioned a time where she went to the head of HR at the Palace, however, according to Mr Low, she was sent away as HR only deals with Palace staff, not the actual Royals.
Mr Low claims that Meghan would have known this and asserts she could have been “laying a trail of evidence” for use after her departure from Royal life.
Staff seemed to be aware of the need for their own “evidence” showing a “duty of care” to the Sussexes in case of their departure from the institution, wrote Mr Low.
