The Duke of Sussex appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden during which he received a tour of Los Angeles from the chat show host. At one point Mr Corden called Meghan from Harry’s phone using FaceTime where she referred to the Prince as “Haz”.
In 2019, whilst on a tour of Africa, Meghan told a reporter she calls Harry ‘H’.
This was broadcast in the ITV documentary ‘Harry & Meghan: An African Journey’.
Harry and Meghan stepped down as working members of the Royal Family in March 2020 and moved to Los Angeles.
However due to the coronavirus pandemic the Prince has had limited opportunities to see the city so he was shown around by Mr Corden on an open top bus.
“I didn’t know we were calling you Haz now?”

They visited the house where The Fresh Prince of Bel Air was filmed with the CBS host joking Harry should purchase the property.
To support the plan Mr Corden phoned Meghan, listed as ‘M’ on Harry’s phone, to discuss the proposition.
However the Duchess was reluctant saying she and Harry had “done enough moving”.
The couple purchased their current home, a £11.2m mansion in Santa Barbara, last June.

Referring to Harry Meghan then asked: “Haz, how is the tour of LA going?”
Mr Corden appeared delighted at discovering Harry’s nickname commenting: “Haz, oh Haz, I didn’t know we were calling you Haz now?”
In response the Prince jokingly replied: “Well you’re not my wife.”
Whilst being driven around Los Angeles with the CBS host Harry revealed he had never previously been on an open top bus.

He said: “It’s the first time I’ve been on an open top bus.
“In London I always see them cruising around with tourists and [think] that would be really good fun because when you live in an area you never actually go sightseeing.”
Mr Corden and Harry later completed a military style assault course.
The Prince, who served in the army for ten years, defeated the obstacles with ease whilst the CBS host sometimes required more help.

Meghan’s first nickname for Harry became public knowledge when ITV’s ‘Harry & Meghan: An African Journey’ documentary aired in October 2019.
Discussing the trials of being a royal the Duchess commented: “I’ve said for a long time to H – that’s what I call him – it’s not enough just to survive, right?
“That’s not the point of life. You’ve got to thrive, you’ve got to feel happy.”
