Her public appearances have only increased since she officially became the Duchess of Sussex on May 19, after marrying Harry.

However the stress of royal life is reportedly already taking a toll on Meghan, according to New Idea.

So much so, her upcoming trip to visit Australia for the Invictus Games in Sydney is in doubt.

“Meghan may not even attend the games at all or visit Australia,” an apparent Kensington Palace insider told the magazine. “There is serious talk about that and contingency plans have been put in place.”

It’s no secret Meghan hasn’t had the easiest transition into royal life with the media circus surrounding her family.

Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle Sr., and half-sister, Samantha Markle, have definitely been doing their rounds in the press.

Over the weekend Thomas Sr. spilled the beans on his strained relationship with his daughter and her new husband, also branding Harry “rude”.

The 74-year-old divulged some details of a heated phone call between himself and Harry in the aftermath of the infamous staged paparazzi photos, he told the Mail On Sunday.

However details of the royal couple’s luxury Sydney pad have been revealed, so we’re hoping a “multi-million dollar waterfront home” will be enough to convince the duchess to visit Down Under.

According to the Herald Sun, Harry and Meghan will be living it up in Villa del Mare in the Sydney suburb of Point Piper.
