MEGHAN MARKLE’s “goal was always becoming a household name” and the Duchess is not a person you can “actually be friends with”, a TV insider has sensationally claimed.
The unnamed source claimed Meghan was always driven by the ambition of fame. They also said the Duchess of Sussex held a so-called “Sayonara Zara” party to get rid of her cheap clothes to make way for new, expensive pieces. And they claimed Meghan was the sort of person who is “best friends” with their stylist.

Speaking to Vanity Fair, the unidentified source, who claimed to be an acquaintance of the former Suits star, described the Duchess as “the kind of person who wants to be friends with her stylist”.
The Hollywood insider said: “Meghan’s goal was always becoming a household name.
“She’s insanely smart and poised, but very, very guarded.
“She’s not a person you can actually be friends with.
“She’s the type of person who is best friends with her stylist.”
The publication also reported Meghan held a so-called “Sayonara Zara” party (a nod to the high street fashion brand, Zara) to celebrate becoming famous.

During the bizarre event, as “Meghan’s star was rising”, the former actor celebrated by ditching her old clothes to make way for a luxurious new wardrobe.
She gave away her old, inexpensive garments to revellers so she could buy herself lavish clothes to suit her new Hollywood persona, according to claims made by the insider.
The Duchess was said to be aware she was on the route to stardom when she was cast as the paralegal, Rachel Zane, in Suits.
The popular drama gave Meghan the regular Hollywood acting gig she had always dreamed of ahead of her whirlwind romance and subsequent marriage to Prince Harry.
Meghan landing the suits role coincided with the blossoming of her friendship with stylist Jessica Mulroney, who became Meghan’s trusted fashion adviser.
Speaking previously to The Mail On Sunday, a source said: “Meghan adores Jessica, not just as a friend but also as someone whose taste and style are impeccable.
“Meghan looks up to Jessica and has, to a certain degree, modelled herself on her.”
Ms Mulroney even joined the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on their recent Royal tour of New Zealand and Australia, where Meghan’s two-week wardrobe was estimated to have cost a staggering £50,000.
