MEGHAN MARKLE’S father has admitted that he has bombarded his daughter with text messages in an attempt to get in contact with the Duchess of Sussex after being “ghosted” for months.
Thomas Markle, 74, has claimed that he texts his daughter Meghan Markle every day in a bid to try to get in touch with her. Mr Markle claimed he has been “ghosted” from his daughter and was desperate for her to speak with him. Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Mr Markle said he was “disappointed” and was “not sure” why it was happening.
He said: “Well I’m very disappointed by it I’m not sure why its happening and I’m waiting, I’m reaching out.
“I’ve been trying to reach out for her every day for weeks, every day I’ve tried to text her.
“I just keep asking her to respond back to me.
“I have sent a letter as well.”

Asked if he had a message for Meghan and Prince Harry, Thomas said: “I love you very much, you’re my daughter and I would really like to hear from you.
“Whatever differences we have, we should be able to work them out, we’re family.
“Please reach out to me.”
Host Piers Morgan asked whether Thomas had heard from anybody or whether he had been “completely cut off”.
The grandfather-to-be replied: “Yes, ghosted like you.”
Speaking from San Diego, Mr Markle also had a message for the Queen as he pleaded for his daughter to speak with him.
“I would appreciate anything that she can do.
“I would think that she would want to resolve family problems.
“All families royal or otherwise are all the same and should be together, certainly around the holidays.”
Mr Markle revealed he had not spoken with his daughter since she married Prince Harry earlier this year.
The Duchess of Sussex’s father finished the interview by wishing Prince Harry and Meghan a “merry Christmas” and saying he would spend the festive period with friends, giving out presents to unfortunate children.
