The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are bringing up their son and daughter in California, after they resigned from royal duties in 2020.
Many celebrity parents are not supportive of their children following in their footsteps, however, Meghan is determined to get behind Archie and Lili whatever they want to do.
The Duchess herself found fame when she was cast as paralegal Rachel Zane in the hit Netflix series Suits.
When asked about how she would feel about Archie or Lilibet stepping onscreen, Meghan said: “I would say, ‘Great!’
“When you become a parent, you genuinely want your kids to find the things that bring them complete joy.
“They’re our kids, obviously, and they’re part of a legacy and a tradition and a family that will have other expectations.
“There are so many people that will talk about what opened the door for my children. But it still takes talent and a lot of grit.”
Meghan has previously said she wishes for her daughter Lilibet to be “educated and smart”, and added she wants her children to “carve out their own path”.
She continued: “We’re creating multidimensional, interesting, kind, creative people. That’s who our kids are.”
In Tom Bower’s book ‘Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War between the Windsors’, he claimed: “Fearing the worst, from bitter experience, the Palace stepped in to control Meghan’s life.
“Aaron Korsh was told to submit all future Suits scripts to Nick Collins, Meghan’s agent.
“The most important demand concerned Meghan’s last scene at her ‘wedding’ to Mike.
“No photographs, the Palace ordered, were to be shot of Meghan wearing a wedding dress.
“Between filming, she was always to wear a jacket over the dress.”
