Meghan and Harry make FIRST public appearance amid FURIOUS family row
Meghan and Prince Harry will dress up to the nines in their first public appearance amid the Markle family row.
A dressed-up Duke and Duchess of Sussex will attend the gala performance of the hit musical Hamilton tomorrow.
They will take to the red carpet for the show at London’s Victoria Palace Theatre tomorrow night.
The evening will raise awareness for Sentebale – a charity founded by Harry – which works with children affected by HIV in southern Africa.
The outing will be Meghan and Harry’s first official engagement since the traditional royal summer break.
But it will also be the first visit since the Markle family row boiled over as Meghan’s dad continues to react furiously to her wall of silence.
Thomas Senior is said to have been given the cold shoulder since staging for fake paparazzi pictures, sparking a string of furious outbursts from the dad.
The ex-Hollywood lighting director, 74, has slammed Meghan’s “sense of superiority” and claimed: “You’d be nothing without me.”
He also recently admitted lying to Harry in a phone call over his staged pictures and said that he hung up on the Prince during the heated conversation.
Meghan is said to be wanting space from her dad amid the boiling row and an evening at the theatre will do just that.
Hamilton is an Olivier, Tony and Grammy award-winning production that tells the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.
An immigrant from the West Indies, Hamilton became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and helped shape the foundations of modern America.
The score blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway, and originally opened at the Public Theatre in New York in 2015.
Meghan and Harry are also set to attend the annual WellChild Awards on September 4 and a gala music evening marking the centenary of the end of the First World War on September 6.
