The royal said: “One of the songs that the children are loving at the moment is Shakira, Waka Waka.
“There’s a lot of hip movements going along.

Charlotte and Louis have been enjoying listening to Shakira and dancing “around the kitchen”
“She goes completely crazy with Louis following her around trying to do the same thing.
“It’s a really happy moment where the children just enjoy dancing, messing around, and, and singing.

The father of three spoke about Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and Prince Louis
“It’s a key part of how I manage my mental health. It can be a very sociable exercise or a moment of complete calm and isolation.
“In the hope of inspiring a few other people to get active and take some extra time for their own mental health – I wanted to share a few of my stories and favourite songs with you in an episode of Time to Walk.
“This experience means even more to me knowing that three great mental health charities: @giveusashoutinsta, @crisistextline and @lifelineaustralia will receive donations to help continue the important work they’re doing to provide 24/7 support to those in need.”
Listeners will be able to hear Prince William’s new partnership with Apple Fitness, which will be available on Apple Music One, from Monday, December 6.
