KATE, Duchess of Cambridge is the proud mum of three gorgeous children with her husband, Prince William. But now, signs are showing we could see a fourth join the ranks.
Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, are parents to Prince George, 6, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 1. The couple have never publicly ruled out adding to their brood and royal fans are hopeful we could see another Cambridge baby soon thanks to this tell-tale sign.
On Tuesday, Kate stepped out for an official visit to the Evelina children’s hospital.
The Duchess looked elegant as ever in a striking black boucle skirt suit by Dolce and Gabanna, but there was one accessory missing: her sapphire and diamond engagement ring.
The move sent royal fans into overdrive, who thought Kate might be suffering from swollen fingers, a common symptom in pregnancy.
The NHS says that swelling in pregnancy is coming as your body retains “more water than usual”.

Many pregnant women swap their engagement rings for a simple wedding band when pregnant for comfort.
However, Kensington Palace was quick to insist the move was for other health and safety concerns.
The palace told HELLO! Online Kate removed her ring because she was visiting the children’s wards and needed to remove any potential hygiene hazards.
But this hasn’t stopped the rumour mill from churning, and the bookies are reflecting it.

According to Ladbrokes, Kate is odds-on at 8/11 to announce baby number four before the end of 2020.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “All eyes might be on Harry and Meghan right now but the Duchess of Cambridge could soon bring attention back to her with another royal baby announcement seemingly imminent.”
While Kate’s absent ring was put down to logistics, her engagement came up in another way during the visit.
While chatting with fellow mum Sarah Ibendahl, the Duchess was reminded of her long wait for William to pop the question.
Sarah, whose three-year-old son Benjamin is being treated for an auto-immune condition, chatted to Kate on the ward.
She said after meeting the Duchess: “We also bonded over the fact it took our husbands like nine years before they asked us to marry them.
“When I mentioned it she laughed politely and gave a knowing smile.”
William popped the question to Kate after eight years of dating, earning her the nasty nickname “waity-Katie”.

Prince William proposed to then-named Kate Middleton on a mountaintop in Kenya while on holiday in 2010.
On April 29, 2011, the couple married in London’s Westminster Abbey as the world watched.
The couple welcomed their first child George, in July 2013, making him third in line to the throne.
Their second, Charlotte, was born in May 2015, followed by little Louis in April 2018.
