She said: “If Kate is secretly sending messages to Meghan by wearing this stunning, glamorous, show-stopping Marvel then she has simply no need.
“Over the previous years, Kate has been compared to all female members of the Royal Family, along with many international royal family members and celebrities.
“But oh my goodness has she raised the bar and has simply put everyone else in the shade.”

However, other royal experts dismissed the comparison and said it was “patronising” to Kate.
Angela Levin, royal expert and author of ‘Harry: Conversations with the Prince’, took to Twitter to defend Kate’s fashion sense.
Responding to claims Meghan has influenced the Cambridge royal, she said: “I think it is patronising to say The Duchess of Cambridge’s new look is thanks to Meghan.
“The only thing she is probably grateful for is that she’s moved to the USA.”

Kate’s 007 dress also saw royal commentator Neil Sean say the Duchess looked “absolutely stunning”.
He said: “For Kate, she looked absolutely stunning, and this must have been very hard for Meghan, simply because she thought this was a big return to the world stage.
“Moving forward, there was another problem too.
“The bigger problem is how you upstage something like that, and let me tell you how it works within the Royal Family – I know people say there’s no competition but that’s not true.
“There is competition, and Kate proved that on Tuesday night because all eyes should have been on the ladies, the stars of Bond.”
Kate Middleton news: Dr Tessa Dunlop said Meghan was ‘conservative’ in comparison with Kate
Dr Dunlop claimed Meghan’s clothing choices were more “conservative in comparison with Kates”.
During their whirlwind visit of New York, Meghan was spotted wearing a Christian Dior Lady D-lite bag, which was named after none other than the late Princess of Wales.
He wrote in Mail+: “While Kate styles herself as a queen-in-waiting, Meghan is making sure we all know she is taking a different (rival?) path, one informed by the ultimate royal outsider, Diana.
“Well may you pooh-pooh the idea of clothes and accessories carrying such clout, but it’s worth remembering that the historical precedent was set long ago.”
