Kate Middleton recycles £1,200 suit as she delivers speech on mental health and motherhood
KATE Middleton looked stunning in a red co-ord she recycled from last year, as she chatted with a parent support group at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
Despite the windy weather in London, the Duchess of Cambridge arrived at the event looking chic in the gingham ensemble.
Kate was attending the launch of Maternal Mental Health Films, which have been created by Best Beginnings, a charity partner of Heads Together campaign – something which both Kate and husband Prince William are strong supporters of.
“Before I begin, I know you would all want to join me in sending our thoughts and prayers to all those sadly affected by yesterday’s terrible attack in Westminster,” Kate said.
“We will be thinking of all the families, as we discuss the important issues we’re here to talk about.”
The event was focused on the mental health challenges faced by mothers, and Kate gave a speech about the importance of the issue after watching a series of films on the topic titled Out Of The Blue.
“Personally, becoming a mother has been such a rewarding and wonderful experience. however, at times its also been a huge challenge, even for me, who has support at home. But most mothers do not,” she said.
Kate is known for re-wearing her favourite fashion pieces, and this occasion was no different.
The outfit, from London-based brand Eponine, costs a whopping £1,200, and Kate teamed it with a gold clutch bag and nude, pointed court shoes.
Kate put on an elegant display, wearing her brunette locks in big bouncy curls.
She happily chatted away to a parent support group, and beamed while talking to a mother and daughter.
