PRINCESS CHARLOTTE looks the “spitting image” of the Queen in the latest photo of the youngster released by the Palace, royal fans have claimed.
The new photo shows Charlotte outside wearing a cute Rachel Riley floral dress.
The outfit is dark blue, with pink buttons with frills running down the dress and across the collar.
Charlotte wears her hair down, showing off just how long her blonde locks have grown.

Royal fans have welcomed the new snap of Charlotte and rushed to wish the youngster a happy birthday.
Several eagle-eyed fans also noticed Charlotte is starting to show a resemblance to Her Majesty the Queen.
One person wrote: “Happy birthday HRH Princess Charlotte.
“You are the spitting image of your great grandmother.”

One person pointed out Charlotte shared the Queen’s eyes.
They wrote: “I’ve always said I see so much of HMTQ in little Princess Charlotte.
“She’s got the Queen’s eyes!”
Other fans said the six-year-old bears similarities to both the Queen and her father, Prince William.
