How Sarah Ferguson let her ‘imagination run RIOT’ in huge THIRD bash for Princess Eugenie
Princess Eugenie’s mother Sarah Ferguson let her “imagination run riot” when she organised a third third party at the Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park to celebrate her daughter’s Royal Wedding to Jack Brooksbank.
The Duchess of York and her ex-husband Prince Andrew hosted an event of dodgems, funfair rides, an array of food stalls, cocktails and Bloody Marys to help guests deal with their hangovers after the wedding festivities on Friday.
Celebrities and socialites including Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas, Ellie Goulding, Jack Whitehall, Made in Chelsea star Ollie Proudlock, Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field partied into the night at the glittering “festival vibe” event.
And guests looked like they enjoyed themselves after videos and images were shared on social media – despite a ban by the newlyweds.
Video footage showed happy guests letting their hair down inside the wedding marquee as they sing along to live music by a musician playing the trumpet.
Ellie Goulding and Robbie Williams took to the stage for live performances to re-energise revellers after Friday’s lavish bash.
Eugenie’s mother, Fergie, was credited for being the mastermind behind the bash.
Alongside a selection of images on Instagram, socialite Tamara Beckwith posted: ‘#thankyou @sarahferguson15 For having no boundaries when it comes to letting your incredible imagination run riot..
“Well that was WoW… a mini marathon.. Met so many fabulous 30 year olds..! Way too much tequila! A truly inclusive Wedding.. Thank you.”
The royal wedding has also attracted messages of goodwill and congratulations from all over the globe, including a compliment from United States President Donald Trump.
In what appears to be a nod to Princess Eugenie’s battle with scoliosis, he referred to how the Duchess of York had “been through so much.”
The Republican tweeted on Sunday: “Princess Eugenie of York was a truly beautiful bride yesterday. She has been through so much, and has come out a total winner!”
However, the President made one glaring error, as Eugenie wed her long-term partner on Friday, not yesterday.
As celebrities partied the night away, stunning official wedding photographs were released, showing Princess Eugenie wearing both her gorgeous gowns.
Four official photographs were released with a statement by the Royal Family, explaining the outfit worn by Princess Eugenie at the happy couple’s private evening dinner.
Her elegant evening dress with a pink hue, was designed by Zac Posen and inspired by the beauty of Windsor and the surrounding countryside.
A Royal Family spokesperson said: “The choice of colour reflects the blush of an English rose. Mr Posen took his inspiration from the White Rose of York.
“The pin-tucked plissé is cut on the bias and mixed with signature drapes. The White Rose of York is subtlety embroidered on both the shoulder and back which hold together the cape. The silk for the gown comes from Biddle Sawyer Silk.
“Princess Eugenie is wearing diamond and emerald drop earrings which were a Wedding gift from the Groom.”
In a nod to the wedding tradition “something borrowed” the Duchess of York also wore a hair slide belonging The Queen, having been passed down the generations from Queen Adelaide in 1830.
But the official statement made no mention of a matching blush jacket, reportedly adourned with “Mrs Brooksbank” embroidery on the back, worn at yesterday’s event.
An image circulating social media is captioned: “HRH second outfit of day two of wedding celebrations feature this jacket with ‘Mrs Brooksbank’ embroidered on the back!”
28-year-old Eugenie she stepped out in a gorgeous off-the-shoulder gown by Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos on her big day, showing off scars from the back surgery she underwent aged 12.
A hilarious moment on the second night of celebrations shows Whitehall and Made in Chelsea star Ollie Proudlook exclaiming “yeah baby” as they enjoy the festivities.
Proudlock, who attended with his fiancée Emma Louise Connolly, wore a Union Jack scarf emblazoned with the faces of the bride and groom.
Guests will have had to have found their second wind after Friday’s extravagant day, which included a reception thrown by the Queen, along with a second, evening reception held at Royal Lodge which went on into the early hours.
Celebrities and socialites took to social media to share pictures of the funfair-themed bash.
Irene Forte took to Instagram to reveal a snap of a carousel funfair ride with fellow partygoers Saloni Lodha and Marissa Montgomery.
The celebrations continued at the evening reception in a marquee at Royal Lodge
While Hayley Bloomingdale tagged herself in Windsor Great Park as she enjoyed a ride on a unicorn, with her name on it.
The day has been organised by Bentleys Entertainment and there is thought to be about 500 guests attending.
The Beckhams and the Clooneys were rumoured to be attending after missing the big day at Windsor Castle.
This party planning firm, who are behind the more relaxed second day of celebrations, also arranged the Beckhams’ wedding.
As wedding guests recover from the celebrations, more and more snaps are doing the rounds on social media, offering a further glimpse into the guest list – and shenanigans – at Sarah Ferguson’s lavish bash.
Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend, actress and model Cressida Bonas was caught in a candid snap with half-sister Isabella ‘Bellie’ Branson and step brother Jacobi Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe.
Also posing for pictures throughout the celebrations were Kate and Lila Moss, Demi Moore and Naomi Campbell.
Dressage rider Lady Tatiana Mountbatten shared in the fun posting a selfie with a male pal on Instagram captioned: “After party #vibes.”
Eugenie and Jack married on Friday at the 15th century St George’s Chapel in front of a star-studded guest list which included Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Liv Tyler, Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field.
Robbie and Ayda shared a glimpse in to the star-studded bash on Instagram showing them dressed up for the occasion.
Princess Eugenie has followed royal tradition by resting her beautiful bouquet of flowers on the grave of an Unknown Warrior in Westminster Abbey.
The Royal Wedding of Prince Andrew’s daughter boosted ITV’s ratings as it was watched up to 3.9 million people.
The wedding more than trebled the channel’s late-morning time slot.
It was the channel’s biggest audience sine the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in April 2011.
And the celebrations continued at the evening reception in a marquee at Royal Lodge where guests wore glamorous evening dresses and dinner suits.
Many of the celebrities and socialites shared glimpses into the evening with social media posts.
Prince Andrew, during the wedding breakfast, “broke York House rules” to share a heartfelt hug with his future son-in-law.
Guests were able to enjoy the fancy finger food on offer, which included baby coffee eclairs.
The lucky guests got to sip Pol Roger champagne and Casamigos Tequila provided by the groom Mr Brooksbnak.
John Caudwell, who founded Phones4U, shared a selfie with his wife Modesta Vzesniauskaite and “good friend” Robbie Williams.
Zoe de Givenchy, mother of page boy Louis, wrote on Instagram: “Today was spectacular in every way. Many congratulations to the York and Brooksbank families. It was a great honour and joy for Louis to serve as a page.”
The couple, who have been together for seven years, chose a red velvet and chocolate cake, inspired by the season of autumn, which they cut at their afternoon reception.
The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh and more than 40 members of the royal family including the Prince of Wales, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the wedding.
They continued their lavish celebrations at the Royal Lodge into the early hours where music legend Robbie William even performed spontaneously.
Robbie Williams, whose daughter Teddy, was one of the bridesmaids was one of the main party goers and ensured the party continued late into the night.
Celebrities including Cara Delevingne, Demi Moore and Ricky Martin enjoyed the spectacular evening of the fairground themed party and sipping champagne.
A photo has emerged of Ricky Martin partying with friends at the Friday evening celebrations on social media.
Pixie Geldof was also another glamorous celeb unable to resist sharing a Royal Wedding selfie in her evening party outfit.
Prince Andrew gave an amusing speech to the hundreds of guests where he joked that Mr Brooksbank followed the orders given to the family’s dog, who has the same name.
Prince Andrew recalled the anecdote saying: Jack was sitting on a chair and he shouted, ‘Jack, get off!’
“The dog didn’t move, he said, but Jack Brooksbank shot up and fled.”
Images of the newlyweds are at the front of most of the national newspapers in the UK today, Saturday October 13.
The continued celebrations this weekend will be more private than yesterday’s affair.
The royal family thanked all of those people who enjoyed the wedding saying on the official Twitter account saying: “Thank you to everyone for watching and joining in with the Royal Wedding celebrations – Congratulations once again to the happy couple!”
The newlywed couple looked over the moon when they were waved off for a royal carriage procession through Windsor where the roads were lined with thousands of well-wishers.
Princess Eugenie looked a complete royal beauty in a Peter Pilotto bespoke wedding dress with elegant long sleeves, lacquered fabric and an off the shoulder shape with detailing.

Gift bags from the wedding have already been put on eBay for sale.
The burgundy fabric bags with the gold letters E and J and the date and venue of the wedding, were given to members of the public who had been invited inside the grounds of Windsor Castle.
One seller requested offers of £50 describing it as a “chance to buy your very own piece of British royal history and memorabilia”.
Another seller asked for bids of £200 calling it a “very rare collectors item for those who love the British Royal Family and British Royal Weddings”.
