Forget fairy bread and pass the parcel, kids parties are bigger than ever – and Prince George’s upcoming fourth birthday bash is no exception with reports the Duchess of Cambridge is planning an over the top party to celebrate.
George turns four on the 22nd July, and Kate is set to go all out for her first born, throwing a dinosaur themed party at their home.

“George likes doing his stickers,” Prince William revealed at an event earlier this year. “He likes dinosaurs.”
George’s obsession reportedly sees his bedroom covered in prehistoric wallpaper and running around in an adorable costume – which made things easy when it came to Kate’s party planning.
“While it started off as a small party, it’s now grown to be pretty big and over-the-top,” a source tells New Idea.

“As well as dinosaur decorations and a dinosaur cake, she’s also organised to have moving toy dinosaurs roaming around the palace grounds. It will look just like the set of Jurassic Park.”
While hosting over-the-top celebrations shouldn’t be any problem for Kate, whose parents own supply company Party Pieces, she’s enlisted the help of sister Pippa for the big day.
And with Prince William revealing his son was “far too spoilt” on his third birthday, chances are things are going to be even bigger and outlandish this year.
