Kate and Prince William ‘preparing for twins’
They took the world by surprise when they announced their pregnancy in September, and Kate Middleton and Prince William might just have another baby bombshell up their sleeve.
According to a new report, Kate and Wills could be sharing some exciting news, with the Duchess said to be expecting twins.
“Wills and Kate have certainly been busy making arrangements for not just one, but two royal babies,” a source tells New Idea.
“They’re also interviewing for another nanny to help Maria and they’re looking to arrange even more renovations to make an extra nursery.”
More good news for the couple? They’re said to be expecting twins.
Kate and William no doubt have their hands full being parents to Prince George, four, and Princess Charlotte, two, so it makes sense they’re hiring extra help when Kate gives birth.
The report also claims Kate and Wills are expecting a boy and a girl, and have already decided on the names of their new arrivals, paying homage to the important people in their life.
With their two new arrivals, Kate and Wills will well and truly be outnumbered.
“She and Wills have already chosen names – we’ve been told that they’re looking at Elizabeth for a girl, after their Queen, of course, and Henry for a boy.
Note to those who don’t know: Henry is Prince Harry’s real name.
Kate and Wills are so close to Prince Harry, they’re thinking of naming their new bub after him.
It’s not the first time there have been whispers of twins since news broke of Kate’s pregnancy.
While history hasn’t been on the royals’ side when it comes to twins – they haven’t been born into the family since the 15th century – that hasn’t deterred punters placing money on double trouble for Kate and Wills.
“We feel it is more likely to be a boy which is the odds-on favourite, while we have also seen some bets for the next birth to be twins,” John Hill from UK betting agency Coral told OK! Online.
