Alongside Prince Andrew, Harry was barred from saluting the Queen’s coffin during the official burial ceremony as the pair are no longer senior working members of the Royal Family.
Soap actress Danniella has said her “heart breaks” for Harry, as she took aim at the Royal Family for not “letting their issues go” for the state funeral, amid reported tension after the Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan Markle quit the firm in 2020.
The star, who is best known for her role as Sam Mitchell in EastEnders, expressed her frustration on behalf of the Prince.

Prince Harry will apparently return home “fuming” after the funeral
Royal fans were left furious as Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle were sat in the second row for the Queen’s State Funeral.
Those watching the funeral were infuriated with many claiming it was a “public punishment” for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle leaving the Royal Family as senior members.
She commented that the Royal Family should show sympathy to Harry “after all he’s been through” following the death of his mum, Princess Diana.
Danniella said on Twitter: “Poor prince Harry my heart breaks for that kid, not allowed his uniform or to salute…
“Cant they just b****y let it go, his then king’s son and it’s gran’s funeral as well hate seeing him being treated like a second class citizen after all he’s been through with losing his mother.”(sic)
Queen Elizabeth II was saluted twice during the service.
The two Royal couples were once called the “fab four”

The first time was outside Westminster Abbey, while the second was before her coffin was taken from Wellington Arch to Windsor.
Andrew and Harry kept their hands to their sides while King Charles III and the Duke of Sussex’s brother Prince William saluted the late Queen.
A Royal expert has since commented on the treatment of Harry and Meghan Markle at the funeral, and said that he thinks the pair will return to America “fuming” over their poor reception.
Expert Tom Bower said, speaking to GB News: “I thought the whole way the rest of the Royal Family treated Meghan and Harry today showed that they had very little sympathy towards them.
“They are going to go back to Montecito fuming and the autobiography [of Prince Harry] will soon be dug out and released.
“I would have loved to have known what Sophie Wessex said to Meghan Markle as they drove in the limousine between Westminster Hall and the church.”
Following the death of the Queen, Prince Harry and Meghan, alongside Prince William and Kate, appeared outside Windsor Castle to greet wellwishers and see people’s tributes to the late monarch.
Bringing back images of the fab four, as they were called prior to the Sussexes split from the royals in 2020, the two couples appeared to be getting along.
At Prince Philip’s funeral in 2021, the two brothers were separated during the procession by their cousin Peter Phillips.
This time, however, the pair stood together in the procession of the Queen’s coffin to Westminster Hall.
