The ridiculous allegation comes from Star, which blares in a new headline, “Will’s Grandma Gripe About Camilla!” In the accompanying story, the magazine claims the Duke of Cambridge “ruffled the feathers” of his stepmother when he revealed in a new documentary how he keeps the memory of Princess Diana alive for his children. In the show, “Diana, Our Mother: Her Life and Legacy,” which was recently broadcast in the U.K. and commemorated the 20th anniversary of her death, Prince William said, “I talk about [Princess Diana] and just try and remind them that there are two grandmothers in their lives.”
But according to the publication, Parker-Bowles was supposedly “devastated” to hear Prince William refer to only two grandmothers, Princess Diana and Carole Middleton. A so-called “palace source” is quoted as saying, “[Parker-Bowles is] very hands on with his children, even if she’s ‘only’ a step-grandmother.”
What’s more, the tabloid’s dubious insider goes on to assert that “Camilla doesn’t realize that William and Harry will always see her as the ‘other woman’ who came between their parents.” “Will chooses his words carefully, and he meant what he said,” concludes the tipster.

Upon investigating, an actual royal insider assures us the entirety of Star’s latest article is 100 percent “not true.” Bowles, who has been involved in Prince William’s life for many years, is not upset that his children don’t call her grandmother. The story was made-up after Prince William spoke about his late mother in depth during the documentary. Once again, the magazine has proven it doesn’t know what it’s talking about when it comes to the royals.
