Camilla copies Meghan Markle and shares adorable pictures of rescue dogs to delight fans

CAMILLA, Duchess of Cornwall has copied Meghan Markle with her most recent move after she shared pictures of rescue dogs to delight royal fans.

The adorable pooch stole the show during a get-together between Meghan and feminist icon Gloria Steinem last year when the duo met to celebrate TIME magazine’s annual list of the world’s most influential people.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were speaking about the 2020 US presidential election when their black Labrador wandered into the shot behind them.

Guy, the beagle, on the other hand, belongs to Meghan who resided in Toronto during the filming of tv show Suits and accompanied her to the UK when she moved in with Harry.

The pup had been brought to a shelter in Kentucky after being found wandering in the woods, and almost had to be put down when he couldn’t be re-homed and was later moved to a Canadian rescue charity where Meghan adopted him from.

Guy even reportedly stayed at the Duchess’ feet while she had her hair and make-up done ahead of her 2018 wedding to Prince Harry, according to People.

The Duchess regularly snaps of her accompanied by four-legged friends on her Instagram profile, which has since been deactivated,

It seems Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall has taken a leaf out of the former royal’s book after sharing some adorable snaps of her own rescue pups on social media, which has great appeal to royal fans.

The Duchess adopted the pooches from the animal charity, which has rehomed more than three million animals since being founded in 1860.

Accompanying the canines, the caption reads: “Bluebell and Beth, The Duchess of Cornwall’s rescue dogs, are proud to show off their Wear Blue for Rescue bandanas as they support @Battersea_’s new campaign.

“The rescue movement celebrates all the wonderful pets that just need a second chance.

Camilla, consort of future King Prince Charles is the royal patron for the charity and her dog snaps were met with delight from royal fans.
