THE ROYAL Family are avid travellers who have explored destinations across the world on royal tours and holidays. And to make sure their travels are seamless, the young royals actually have a packing list that has some rather bizarre items.
The Royal Family is used to travelling across the UK and the world to meet world leaders, royalty and fans. And although they must be seasoned pros by now, it has actually been revealed some royals have an extensive packing list. Although the older royals’ lists include luxury luggage, accessories and beauty products the younger members of the Royal Family actually have some rather strange items – especially when it comes to clothing.
In fact, they have a list of specific clothing they must pack when travelling outside of the UK.
Young boys such as Prince George and Prince Louis must have at least five pairs of different coloured shorts in their luggage.
Another general rule is young prices must wear shorts until the age of nine.
This is why the young prince is often pictured running around with bare knees.

The young girls of the Royal Family such as Princess Charlotte have different rules.
They must have “no less than ten barrettes” in their suitcase, which is known as a hair clip.
But the young royals aren’t the only ones with a bizarre packing list.
Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, and Meghan Markle both have to have at least two pairs of beige pumps in their luggage.
Other royals have their own items that they are always spotted with while away from home.
Prince Harry was spotted wearing an Aura ring when he was on his royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga with Meghan.
The ring tracks your step count and your sleep patterns which is great for when you’re taking long-haul flights.
Both Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall and Kate have also been spotted wearing some very sleek sunglasses during their travels.

Meghan, who is currently living in the US, has proven that she is a very organised traveller.
She was once seen travelling with an organised leather case that has special sections for all travel documents as well as built-in chargers, USBs and cables.
One very common travel item for each member of the Royal Family is a black outfit.
The strange choice is to make sure the family has an outfit if there has been a death in the family while they are away.
