Princess Eugenie pledges to cut down on plastic with Project 0
The royal married Jack Brooksbank earlier this year where they both made a pledge to make a dramatic change to their life. Ahead of their wedding, the pair banned the use of plastic at the event and on Tuesday Eugenie spoke of her commitment to going plastic free. Eugenie talked about her work with Project Zero, an environmental charity which tries to protect marine life.
Writing on her Instagram, Eugenie celebrated Plastic Free July and praised the charity for trying to make a significant environmental change.
She wrote: “This month of July is Plastic Free July.
“As an Ambassador of Project Zero, I’ve been working to raise awareness of the consequences of single-use plastic.
“I’m committed to ending my use of it and to do my part to clean up our beautiful world and oceans.
