PRINCESS CHARLOTTE could be one of the many children returning to school from today but will Kate send her back to school?
With lockdown restrictions being slowly phased back to normality schools are one aspect that will reopen from Monday, June 1. The Government have said primary schools can welcome the return of reception, year one and year six pupils – but will Princess Charlotte go back?
Kate and William are reported to have taken on the role of at-home teachers for both Princess Charlotte and Prince George during the lockdown.
During a Zoom call as part of the BBC documentary Football, Prince William and Mental Health, William opened up on how he has been coping homeschooling during lockdown.
William said: “Homeschooling is fun, isn’t it?”
He then added: “You start to worry about how little you remember from your school days.

“You can’t do the maths questions at home.”
Five-year-old Princess Charlotte and six-year-old Prince George both attend St Thomas’s Battersea.
The school is reported to have adapted to the pandemic by transitioning to remote learning during lockdown.
Still, it is not known whether it will reopen for children in reception, year one and year six as schools across the UK return from June 1.

Although when the school does reopen it is likely the royal family will continue to homeschool their children as Charlotte would be the only child returning to school as she is in reception.
Older brother George is currently in year two so it is likely the family will continue homeschooling at their country house Anmer Hall in Norfolk.
Since starting remote learning Prince George and Princess Charlotte are reported to have adjusted to their new schedule.
During an interview with the BBC last month, Kate spoke of how surprised she was at the stamina her children had for learning – even through the Easter break.
Kate revealed: “Don’t tell the children, we’ve actually kept it going through the holidays. I feel very mean!
“The children have got such stamina, I don’t know how.
“Honestly, you get to the end of the day and you write down the list of all the things that you’ve done in that day.
“So, you pitch a tent, take the tent down again, cook, bake you get to the end of the day, and they have had a lovely time.

“It is amazing how much you can cram into one day that’s for sure.”
According to the school’s website, the school has its half term this coming week.
Princess Charlotte and Prince George are reported to have had this week off from their studies with the royal children set to return to remote learning when the term starts again.
