PRINCESS CHARLOTTE repeatedly wears the same outfits and style as Kate Middleton, with the young royal adorably aspiring to be just like her mum.
The Duchess of Cambridge enjoyed a secret pre-lockdown outing with Princess Charlotte, Prince George and Prince Louis. The trio of children, along with their mum, travelled Mable’s Paint Pot in Kings Lynn. It is thought to be one of the family’s favourite spots.
A royal fan recently shed light on the visit after a photo from inside Mable’s shop shows how Kate’s children each left a tribute on the walls during their trip.
The three all left painted handprints on the white wall – which the older two signed with their name and age, and dated – revealing they were there on March 14.
Many have noted that Prince Louis’s birthday photos may have been inspired by the trip to Mable’s as he indulged in some rainbow finger painting to make a tribute to the NHS.
Before the lockdown, Kate and Prince William were often pictured out engaged in both royal and personal activities with their children.

With the birth of Charlotte in 2015, Kate has been able to add a certain girlishness to their trips out.
The opportunity to add a feminine touch to one of her children has led many to comment on how Charlotte has adorably begun to adopt Kate’s style.
Charlotte has yet to miss the fashion mark, regularly rocking a sweet array of dainty dresses.
Marking her fourth birthday last year, Princess Charlotte was seen beaming up at the camera in a ditsy baby blue floral dress.

The frock bears a striking similarity to that worn by Kate later in the summer, at the opening of a new garden for children at RHS Garden Wisley.
Previously, in January 2018, Charlotte wore a red coat by Amaia Kids teamed with a pink scarf and carried a Cath Kidston ballerina rucksack.
It was reminiscent of the Catherine Walker pairing, which the Duchess wore that year on Christmas Day.
For Christmas Day 2019, the Duchess appeared to coordinate her’s and Princess Charlotte’s ensembles, both sporting deep forest green coats and dresses.

The annual Trooping the Colour parade takes place each year to mark Her Majesty the Queen‘s official birthday.
In 2017, the Duchess co-opted her’s and Princess Charlotte’s outfits as the pair were pretty in pink.
Finally, when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got married in 2018, Kate and Charlotte arrived both clad in pearly white notes, in floral headbands and cream frocks.
The pair looked like a spitting image of each other.

Charlotte has long been the focus of the media being Cambridge’s first girl.
Earlier this week, Express.co.uk reported on the little royal’s first words in public.
The reports first emerged in 2016 while Charlotte was one year and four months old.
It came while the family were in Canada as part of a royal visit.

There, at a children’s party, the little princess shouted “pop!” when she saw balloons and “da da” to William as he gave her a cuddle.
Not wanting to be left out, Prince George, then three, ran over when he spotted a balloon animal being made for his little sister.
“But I want one, can I have one?” he was heard saying to his mother Kate.
