PRINCESS BEATRICE stunned royal fans last month when it emerged she married her fiancee, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, in a secret ceremony amidst the coronavirus pandemic. She will celebrate another event tomorrow, a first for her and Edoardo as newlyweds.
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi tied the knot in a secret wedding last month, at the time the first notable royal occasion to take place in months. The couple has now settled into married life, which will come with some new firsts for both of them. One notable first will come tomorrow, which may also end up a celebration for the whole York family.
The Royal Family has sheltered in their stately homes scattered throughout the country during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The few occasions they have celebrated have taken place online or at a distance, and this likely won’t change tomorrow.
When Princess Beatrice turns 32 on Saturday, she will probably choose to spend the day in private with Mr Mapelli Mozzi.
But other Royal Family members will make their tributes online.

As per usual, they will post a message to the Princess via one of their social media platforms.
Her closest family members with a notable online presence, such as Sarah Ferguson or Princess Eugenie, will almost certainly do so tomorrow.
Others, such as Queen Elizabeth II or the Cambridge family may follow suit.
In 2019, Princess Eugenie shared some sweet childhood snaps of her and her sister on Instagram.

She wrote: “You have been bossing it since before I was born and continue to be the most wonderful person, friend and big sister… Happy Birthday to you Beabea!!”
Princess Beatrice’s home celebration will follow a rumoured overseas honeymoon she and Edoardo took last week.
According to the Mail on Sunday, the couple took a road trip around France to celebrate their marriage.
One tourist spotted them as they drove through the country late last month.

Speaking to the publication, they said they drove “a small car absolutely packed to the roof with stuff”.
They added: “It was such a surprise to see them.
“Edo was behind the wheel and they looked just like any other couple enjoying the beautiful drive.”
The honeymoon came as a surprise for some, as a source previously revealed they likely wouldn’t take one.
They told the Daily Mail the lockdown made a honeymoon seem unlikely.
But they decided to “pack up the car and head out” at the last second.
The source said: “The wedding was arranged in a couple of weeks, and with lockdown their choice of honeymoon destinations was severely curtailed.
“They weren’t going to bother but at the last minute they decided to pack up the car and head out. They’re a very down-to-earth couple.”
