Mr Robichaux told the BBC: “He’s been in the role for a couple of months, and we’re so excited to share the news with the world.
“We’re partners here, he likes to be called Harry in the workplace, so we just address him as Harry.”
The Duke has taken up the title of Chief Impact Officer at the coaching and mental health firm.
But the BetterUp boss has refused to disclose how many hours Harry will be working and how much his salary is worth.
Mr Robichaux said: “You can imagine as a private company, we don’t disclose any compensation for any employees and folks.
“And so unfortunately I’m not able to share that.”
The boss added that he and his team were “honoured” to have the Duke working with them and praised Harry for having such an “incredible attitude”.
The role of Chief Impact Officer will see the Duke of Sussex “driving advocacy and awareness for mental fitness”.
BetterUP is based in San Francisco and is valued at £1.25billion.
The future king is believed to enjoy spending time with them as it brings a sense of normality.
