PRINCE HARRY and Prince William were “not talking to each other” following a huge fall out in the run-up to Harry’s marriage to Meghan Markle, according to royal expert Katie Nicholl.
Prince Harry and William ‘weren’t talking to each other’ says expert
Meghan Markle, 37, and Prince Harry, 34, parted royal households from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge earlier this year and moved to Frogmore Cottage on the grounds of Windsor Castle ahead of the arrival of their first child. Speculation had been running rife that the two brothers locked horns because William believed his brother had married the former Suits actress too hastily. But the birth of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor has “really helped” to improve the strained relationship between Harry and William, according to the royal commentator.
It’s absolutely the case that the brothers did fall out
Royal expert Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight: “It’s absolutely the case that the brothers did fall out.
“I was told by a very senior royal source that actually they weren’t talking to each other at one point.
“I certainly think that now Archie is here it has probably really helped to improve the relationship.
“William is over the moon that his brother is a dad.”

Ms Nicholl has previously claimed a feud arose between William and Harry over the Duke of Cambridge’s fears over Harry’s relationship with Meghan Markle developing “too quickly”.
Also speaking on a TLC documentary on the royals, she said: “William was quite concerned that the relationship had moved so quickly.
“And being close to Harry, you know, probably the only person close enough to say to Harry ‘this seems to be moving quickly, are you sure?’
“And I think what was meant as well-intended brotherly advice just riled Harry.”

The royal expert also revealed Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, had “made herself available” to Meghan to offer her advice and help on motherhood.
Ms Nicholl added: “Kate said to her ‘I’m here for you’.”
Meghan and Harry have dominated the media since they announced they were engaged in November 2017 and are at risk of “challenging the popularity” of William and Kate, according to historian and author Dr Anna Whitelock.
Speaking to Gayle King in the CBS News Special of ‘Meghan and Harry Plus One’, Dr Whitlock said: “Before very long Prince William and Kate will be Prince and Princess of Wales.

“Harry and Meghan sort of undermining and challenging their popularity and status may just be a little bit too much.”
The comment comes after it was revealed Harry was reportedly warned against marrying Meghan by his own grandfather, Prince Philip.
The Duke of Edinburgh is said to have told the Duke of Sussex of his then-girlfriend: “One steps out with actresses, one doesn’t marry them.”
The claim was reported by The Sun over the weekend as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrated their first Father’s Day together with a child of their own.
To mark the occasion the royal couple shared a never-seen-before snap of tiny Archie Harrison with their 8.6 million Instagram followers.
The snap was accompanied by the heartfelt but simple message: “Happy Father’s Day! And wishing a very special first Father’s Day to The Duke of Sussex!”
Buckingham Palace declined to comment on Philip’s alleged statement about Meghan, according to The Sun.
