KATE, the Duchess of Cambridge, made a subtle to Princess Diana as she and Prince William arrived for a state banquet hosted by the Queen in honour of US President Donald Trump.
Kate dazzled in Lover’s Knot tiara, a favourite of Princess Diana’s, as she and William pulled up to Buckingham Palace in a dark car. The Duke of Cambridge was behind the wheel as Kate sat in the passenger seat. The Duchess paired the tiara with a stunning pair of drop earrings, which were loaned to Kate by the Queen. The Duchess of Cambridge wore a gorgeous white dress by Alexander McQueen – who made Kate’s wedding dress in 2011 – which was adorned with Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II and The Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order.
