Kate Middleton should not be doing this before her third baby is due, experts claim

KATE MIDDLETON, 36, the Duchess of Cambridge, is expecting her third baby, and her due date is in April. Now experts have revealed what the pregnant royal, who already has two children with husband Prince William, 35, should be doing before the birth, and one thing she must not do.

Kate Middleton, 36, a full-time royal and mother of two is approaching the due date for her third royal baby with husband Prince William, 35.

The Duchess of Cambridge has a number of pregnancy rules to follow, set down by royal precedent.

However, the medical community also has a well-known list of guidelines for pregnant women to follow.

An expert has revealed to Express.co.uk the things that Kate must make sure doesn’t do in the run up to giving birth to her third child.

One thing that the royal must make sure not to do while pregnant is to go a long time without eating, especially as she suffers from a severe form or morning sickness.

CABA’s expert Nutritionists at The Natural Alternative said: “It has been well documented that Kate suffers from hyperemesis gravidarum – severe morning sickness – which is usually worse between 8 and 12 weeks.

“In fact, up to 85 percent of pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting during pregnancy and it can leave you feeling hungry and wanting to eat more regularly.”

The experts said that sickness is worse for pregnant women when their blood sugar levels are low.

They add: “Try grazing on a healthy snack every two hours.”

What is more, the Duchess must make sure not to skip taking her vitamins and supplements while pregnant.

CABA added: “As well as a healthy diet, many expectant mums also turn to prenatal supplements to improve their chances of producing a healthy baby; but knowing what to take and why can be a minefield.”

Royal baby names tend to dictate trends – so what will Wills and Kate’s third child be named?

Kate Middleton recently bared her legs in stiletto heels and spring green coat. The Duchess of Cambridge’s choice of spring green reflected the changing of the seasons on the first day of spring today, as temperatures rise in London.
