“It’s moments like that which mean so much to me as a parent,” the duchess said of the snap.
Kate Middleton discussed her children during her first ever podcast appearance.
The duchess appeared on an episode of Giovanna Fletcher’s Happy Mum, Happy Baby, to talk about all things motherhood.
Kate has now released a previously unseen snap of Princess Charlotte to accompany the podcast.
Kate Middleton opened up about motherhood, hypnobirthing, and morning sickness during her appearance on Giovanna Fletcher’s podcast, Happy Mum, Happy Baby. And the Duchess of Cambridge also referenced her favorite photo of her daughter, Princess Charlotte, which has now been released to the public.
Speaking to Fletcher, Kate said, “I’ve got this one photo of Charlotte smelling a bluebell, and it’s moments like that which mean so much to me as a parent.” She continued, “I try everyday to put moments like that in even if I don’t have time… but that in an ideal world is what I would like to do.”
It’s easy to see why the duchess treasures the sweet snap, which features Princess Charlotte admiring a flower. The photo, which was taken by the Duchess of Cambridge, appears to be an outtake from Princess Charlotte’s fourth birthday portraits. The princess’ birthday snaps were taking at Anmer Hall in Norfolk.
Kate also opened up about the guilt she feels as a working mother. She revealed, “There’s such a pull, but I am such a hands-on mom, and whatever you’re doing you want to make sure you’re doing the uttermost best job you can for your children.”
