KATE, the Duchess of Cambridge was forced to step in to scold Prince William after he appeared to accidentally snub Princess Charlotte during a recent joint outing.
Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge jokingly challenged Prince William as he appeared to include their daughter Princess Charlotte in a discussion about their children on a recent outing. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge earlier this week embarked on a series of engagements around London to talk about the impact of the coronavirus on businesses and jobseekers. While chatting with community engagement manager for constructions company Keltbray, William let it slip their children would love to be able to see an digger in action.
The Duke told Keltbray’s Lloyd Graham: “The children, especially Louis would love to come and watch that, to see the diggers, they love it.”
However, Kate suggested Princess Charlotte has also developed an appreciation for diggers as she quickly urged William not to “forget” their daughter would also love to see the construction go on.
The Duchess of Cambridge said: “Don’t forget Charlotte! She’d love it too.”
While the couple earlier revealed their daughter loves ballet, with Kate taking her to see a performance of The Nutcracker last year, Charlotte has also been spotted on several occasions playing football with Prince George and their cousins.

And with two brothers very close in age, the princess is likely to share many of her toys with her siblings – especially after spending the lockdown months with only George and Louis as her playmates.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge moved the family to their country pile, Anmer Hall, shortly before the lockdown was declared in March.
Charlotte and George continued to be homeschooled, with Kate admitting she had failed to pause the classes during the spring half-term to provide her eldest children with a sense of normality.
Back in April, the Duchess said: “We’re stuck into homeschooling again. George gets very upset because he wants to do Charlotte’s projects.

“Because making things like spider sandwiches is far cooler than doing literacy work.”
The Duchess of Cambridge also praised the children for their stamina as she questioned their energy to go through all activities they are assigned.
She said: “I don’t know how they get it done honestly. You sort of pitch a tent, take the tent down again, cook, bake (and) you get to the end of the day.
“They’ve had a lovely time, but it’s amazing how much they can cram into a day, that’s for sure.”

Princess Charlotte and Prince George both resumed their classes at Thomas’s Battersea earlier in the week.
Prince William admitted to breathing a “sigh of relief” life millions of other British parents now schools have resumed.
He said: “I think every parent is breathing a sigh of relief that school has started again.
“Five months—it’s been wonderful, but it’s been a long five months.”
