According to Judi both royals were taking a risk and could have attracted the ire of Her Majesty, 92.
She said: “Both royals tend to be fans of protocol at public events but Philip’s animated chat with his daughter-in-law here puts could have put them firmly on the naughty step, as judging from the poses of the rest of the group they are having a chat and a giggle during a fly-past.
“William previously got a telling off from his gran for bending with his son during a similar line-up and there’s a hint of wariness about his smile and self-protective fig-leaf hand positioning here that suggests he’s not keen to repeat the experience by joining in the fun too wholeheartedly.”
Kate perfectly juggles the younger generation of royals while enjoying a sweet moment with her grandfather-in-law.
“Kate manages to control her two boisterous children with her hands while turning her head to pay full eye-attention to Philip,” she said.
The Prince is known for his famous sense of humour, which Kate seems to enjoying the in the images.
“Her dimpled smile and softened eye expression show genuine affection but her fully opened-mouth laugh suggests she’s finding Philips comments genuinely hilarious,” Judi said.
“The Prince looks in fine form here, pointing at little Charlotte and throwing an impish smile that involves raised brows and a wide eye expression.
“This intensity of eye-gaze defines this as a contagious smile, forged to encourage a complimentary response in the other person and Kate’s grin shows he’s found the perfect partner in crime here.”
According to reports Prince Philip is the most popular member of the Royal Family.
Matt Smith, who played Doctor Who between 2009 and 2013, found Prince Philip to be “brilliantly funny, very clever, very popular”.
Prince Charles’ body language during an interview in which he discussed his marriage to Princess Diana has been analysed by Judi too.
In a resurfaced clip from Prince Charles: His Children, the Paparazzi & Marriage to Diana, Prince Charles addressed the divorce.
Charles was grilled by an interviewer on the break down of his marriage and whether he was unfaithful to his wife.
Prince Harry was seen playing with his wedding ring on a recent trip without Meghan.
What does this body language mean, according to experts?
