PRINCE HARRY, 35, is losing his hair. Hair loss has also affected his father Prince Charles, 71, and his brother Prince William, 38. Can Harry reverse his hair loss? Will his and Meghan Markle’s child Archie be bald?

Prince Harry is going bald, and an expert has warned the royal has little time until he has lost his hair all over. The royal’s red hair is thinning on top, just like Prince William’s.

What is more, an expert has revealed that Harry is likely to be completely bald within five years.

Is Harry’s hair loss down to stress? It is likely the Duke of Sussex has been experiencing some, after having his first baby and announcing his plans to move abroad.

Are these lifestyle changes causing thinning?

Hair loss and stress can be related, with hair sometimes thinning in general or falling out in patches.

Is this the case with Prince Harry? Spencer Stevenson from SpexHair.com said: “His hair loss is one hundred percent genetic and not stress related at all.

“Look at his family gene pool – male pattern baldness is a trait through the generations.”

While this is good news for Harry’s stress levels, it does mean his hair loss is likely to be more permanent.

Spencer has stern warnings from the Duke of Sussex.

He said: “If Harry doesn’t intervene with proven hair loss treatments, then in my experienced opinion he could well be completely bald like William within the next three to five years. This is why Harry is believed to be taking action now.”

It was reported recently that Prince Harry is undergoing a hair thickening treatment for his balding.

Spencer added: “If he isn’t already, Harry needs to use proven and effective hair loss treatments to help prevent further progressive loss.

“This could be via medication such as Propecia.

“Topical treatments such as GroMD Shampoo and Regaine can also help to block DHT [Dihydrotestosterone] from attacking and miniaturising the hair follicles. Prevention is vital as hair loss is progressive.”

Will Harry’s offspring, Archie Harrison, also risk losing his hair in later life.

According to this expert, he will. “Archie will certainly carry the risk of going bald from his father, but we also need to look at Meghan’s family tree to see their hair loss situations,” Spencer said.

“Thomas Markle, for example, doesn’t have the healthiest head of hair, so the chances of Archie starting to go bald in his 30s could be high.

“But by time he reaches that sort of age, a cure for male pattern baldness may have been found – and I’m sure he’d be first in line to receive it.”

This insight came as it is claimed Meghan Markle has asked Prince Harry to get in shape.

A source close to the royal couple told celebrity gossip website Radar: “He’s gained a few pounds lately, especially around the face, and Meg’s ordered him to sort it out.

“That means getting back to the gym, cutting back on carbs and teaming up with a trainer every other day at the very least.”

This is not all that Meghan is interested in making over.

The source added: “She wants them to look like a million dollars when they show up to dinner with the likes of George and Amal, so he’ll need to work on his style too and make his wardrobe less stuffy.”
