He’s only a few weeks old, but baby Archie Mountbatten-Windsor may already be preparing to rack up some serious air miles.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly taking the newest royal baby on a trip to South Africa, with the visit set to take place before the year is up.
“People have been informed that the Duke and Duchess will be coming,” a source told The Daily Mail, adding that “early preparations have begun”.

Years before this, Harry spent a gap year in in Lesotho in 2004, while Meghan journeyed to Rwanda in 2016 as part of a trip with World Vision.
The prince also once credited the continent with allowing him to feel ‘more like myself than anywhere else in the world’.
Their latest proposed visit south could possibly be part of a months-long trip across southern Africa, but the palace have yet to confirm any travel plans.
Just last month, speculation began to mount that Harry and Meghan would be sent on a far-flung posting in a bid to position the limelight back on the Cambridge family.
“In some ways it would suit William to get his brother out of the country for a few years and Meghan as far away as possible,” a friend of the princes told The Sunday Times.
The talk followed nearly a year of rumblings of a feud between the royal couples – something that has only been spurred on by the Sussex’s move to Windsor and earlier choice to break away and separate their royal household from the Cambridges’. 0:00 12:56 The Royal Box episode 23: First time parenthood for the Sussexes and Meghan’s year as a new royal
