The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge opted for a dressed down look as they arrived at the Balmoral estate today.
Kate Middleton, 37, wore her brown hair loose in waves and dug out her favourite light khaki £130 jumper, made from recycled wool, from trendy Swedish outdoor brand Fjällräven.
She wore a loose collared shirt underneath and coordinated the outfit with a tan-coloured military-style bag and a pair of dark blue jeans.
The mother-of-three joined members of the Royal Family, including the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, for lunch at a lodge near Loch Muick.

The Duchess of Cambridge and her family are currently visiting the Queen at Balmoral, and of course Kate is in country chic mode.
This khaki jumper by Fjallraven is one we’ve spotted her wearing several times before, both for an outdoor engagement and in a photo for the Cambridge family Christmas card.
Khaki is a great colour to take on as we head towards autumn, and it’s the sort of piece you can layer over your summer midi dresses to make them more season-appropriate. The little logo on the sleeve is a nice touch too!
Unfortunately it has now sold out, but click (right) to buy a similar knit by the Swedish brand.
Or copy Kate in one of the khaki jumpers we’ve rounded up for you in the edit below. We’ve found cosy knits at & Other Stories, Monki and Boohoo to help you layer up like a royal.
The Duchess previously wore the same jumper for an informal autumnal photo with her children on a tree trunk for the family’s Christmas card in 2018.
She also opted for the staple garment on 2nd October 2018 at Sayers Croft Forest School and Wildlife Garden at Paddington Recreation Ground in London.
And more recently on 11th June 2019 during a trip to Deepdale Hall Farm, a traditional fell sheep farm, in Patterdale, Cumbria, with husband Prince William.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were seen jumping out of a black Range Rover on the Queen’s Scottish estate after they flew up to Aberdeen on a budget flight yesterday.

Prince William, Kate and their children were spotted getting off the £73 flight amid a row over Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s private jet trips.
The Duke of Cambridge and Duchess of Cambridge took the 8.45am flight from Norwich International Airport to Aberdeen Airport.
The royal couple and their family were spotted being escorted from the budget FlyBe plane and getting into waiting vehicles.
The Cambridges appearance on the cheap flight will inevitably lead to comparisons with William’s brother Prince Harry and his wife Meghan.
