CAMILLA, Duchess of Cornwall, arrived at St Mary Magdalene Church to attend Christmas Day service with the Queen.

Camilla was spotted arriving at the chapel in Sandringham with the Queen to attend Christmas Day service. The Duchess of Cornwall was seen leaving the royal Bentley with the monarch, smiling at well-wishers before stepping into the chapel.

Before stepping into the Queen’s car, Camilla was seen walking from Sandringham house to the premises of the chapel, side by side with her husband Prince Charles.

But Prince Charles didn’t walk all the way to the church with his wife of 14 years, as he was also spotted speaking closely to his brother Prince Andrew, who didn’t show up to church at 11am but attended a private service with the Queen earlier this morning.

Royal fans in Norfolk were particularly happy to see Camilla after she missed last year’s walkabout to the church.

In 2018, the Duchess of Cornwall was affected by a “heavy cold”, which forced her to miss the Queen’s yearly Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace and the service at St Mary Magdalene Church on December 25.

But this year the Duchess looked healthier than ever, wrapped up in a classy creme coat and protected from the chilly Norfolk weather by a long scarf.

When spotted close to each other, Charles and Camilla looked busy chatting and smiling.

Camilla and the Queen’s arrival at church walkabout took place a few days after the royals released their Christmas card.

Published by Clarence House on its social media accounts, the 2019 Christmas card of Charles and Camilla sees the royals waving and smiling on a beautiful vintage MG car.

The picture was taken by photographer Ramon Espinosa, and it marks a historic moment for the Royal Family, the first-ever trip made by members of the British Crown to Cuba.

Charles and Camilla carried out a two-day visit to the country as part of a wide tour of the Caribbean in March.

Royal fans welcomed the choice made by Charles and Camilla, with one claiming the card looks rather “Christmassy” despite the summer clothes worn by the Duchess and Prince.

They said: “That is a great photo and actually rather Christmassy strangely enough!

Camilla shared a ride with the Queen earlier this year too, when she accompanied the monarch to the State Opening of Parliament on October 14 in a horse-drawn carriage.

On that occasion, Camilla wore a diadem previously owned by the Queen Mother.

The Duchess of Cornwall didn’t take part in the State Opening of Parliament in December, as it was a dressed-down ceremony attended without much of the regalia seen 10 weeks earlier.
